At Porto Hydra Villas, our goal is to provide an exceptional accommodation experience. We understand that your plans may change, so we have listed below the terms governing cancellations and refunds, in order to ensure transparency in our transactions.
1. Reservation Confirmation & Deposit
To finalize your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay (or the amount agreed upon during the booking process) is required. The remaining amount is due upon arrival or according to the specific instructions you will receive in your confirmation email.
2. Cancellation Deadlines & Deposit Refunds
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following conditions apply:
- Full Refund (100%): If the cancellation is made up to 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is fully refunded (any bank transfer fees may be withheld).
- Partial Refund (50%): If the cancellation is made from 20 to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- No Refund: If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit is not refunded.
3. No-Show & Early Departure
- No Show: In case the customer does not show up on the scheduled date without prior notification, the Company reserves the right to charge 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
- Early Departure: In case the customer decides to leave earlier than the scheduled date, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the cost of the nights cancelled (according to applicable legislation).
4. Refund Procedure
Refunds are made using the same method used for the original payment (credit card, PayPal or bank deposit). The process is completed within 14 business days from the date of approval of the cancellation.
5. Cancellation by the Company
In the unlikely event that the Company is forced to cancel a reservation due to technical problems or reasons of force majeure (Force Majeure), the customer will receive a full refund or alternative dates of stay will be proposed to him, without any additional charge.
