Welcome to Porto Hydra Villas. In order to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for you, as well as for all residents of the settlement, please adhere to the following rules:
1. Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: From 15:00.
- Check-out: Until 11:00.
- Please inform us in advance of your arrival time, so that we can welcome you and hand over the keys.
2. Quiet Hours
Porto Hydra Village is a place of relaxation. According to Greek law, the quiet hours that must be strictly observed are:
- Summer Period (April 1 - October 31): 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00.
- Winter Period (November 1 - March 31): 15:30 to 17:30 and 22:00 to 07:30.
3. Use of Residence & Equipment
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. It is freely allowed in the outdoor areas and in the garden (please use the ashtrays).
- Trash: Please do not leave trash outside the door or in the garden. Use the special bins located in central points of the settlement.
- Air conditioning: For environmental protection reasons, please turn off the air conditioning when you are away from home or when the doors/windows are open.
4. Pets
Pets are welcome at Porto Hydra Villas upon prior arrangement, under the following conditions:
- Pets are not allowed on the beds or sofas.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up their messes in the garden and in the common areas of the settlement.
- Pets must not be left alone and unattended inside or outside the residence.
5. Common Areas & Canals
- Canal Safety: Swimming in the canals is prohibited. Access to the dock for mooring a boat must be done with caution.
- Traffic: The settlement is car-free. Please move safely on the pedestrian streets, paying attention to pedestrians and children playing or riding bicycles.
- Beach: Please respect the equipment (umbrellas/sunbeds) and keep the beach clean.
6. Guests & Events
- Only the number of people listed in the reservation (up to 4 people) is allowed to stay in the residence.
- It is prohibited to organize parties, events or gatherings that cause a nuisance to neighbors.
7. Damage & Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage or wear and tear caused to the residence or its equipment during their stay (beyond normal use). Please inform us immediately of any accidents.
Failure to comply with the above regulations may result in cancellation of your stay without refund. Thank you for your understanding and we wish you a happy holiday!
