The Villa
This bright and elegant one-bedroom detached house is located in the heart of Porto Hydra Village, one of the most exclusive seaside settlements in Greece. Also known as the “Venice of the Saronic Gulf”, Porto Hydra offers an idyllic setting where the houses are connected by lush gardens, picturesque canals and pedestrian walkways.
It is the ideal destination for couples, families with children or small groups (up to 4 people) seeking absolute tranquility in a car-free settlement, where travel is by foot or bicycle in a completely safe and well-maintained environment.
The Space
The house (approximately 50 sq m) is carefully designed to offer a sense of relaxation and intimacy. Its design focuses on the seamless indoor-outdoor experience, with large glass doors leading to your private garden.
- Interior Layout: It features a bright open-plan space that includes a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, hob, fridge and washing machine).
- Private Garden: The garden is the "heart" of the house, ideal for your morning coffee, meals in the outdoor dining area or a drink under the stars. One of the two houses also has a BBQ (please specify when booking).
Sleeping Arrangement
- Bedroom: 1 double bed with a comfortable mattress.
- Living Room: 1 comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.
- Total Capacity: 4 people.
Access and Location
Guests have full and exclusive access to all areas of the house and garden. In addition, they have the privilege of enjoying all the infrastructure of Porto Hydra Village, such as the bike paths, canals and communal gardens.
